Sometimes the only option for my prospects is Bankruptcy or Debt Consolidation. Now as a Credit Consultant my job is to restore and maintain a squeaky clean credit report so it kills me to send them off to file BK or consolidate their debt however it’s their only option. I prefer a non-profit in the Central Valley, CA (because that’s where my office is located) who can offer these services and become part of my referral directory. If anyone out there can steer me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it. Thank you

So, I am 5 months pregnant and would like to sell my house move to a better home. I have found the home I want. Problem is I have bad credit (510 is my score, I think) I owe around 20,000 on my house now. It appraised for 60,000. The furnace doesn’t work right now, some rooms were in the middle of being remodled. So it’s not in the best condition. The new house I want is about 80,000. I do not have a job, because I am pregnant and in College. How do I go about getting a new house? If I can’t, could my boyfriend? He also has bad credit. But, he would be a first time mortgage buyer.
Please help….I am dying to move out of this crappy house.

I filed chapter 13 over a year ago. When I filed I put everyone I could think of under the plan that I owed, I recently saw my credit report and most of the people under the plan are not even on my credit report any more due to the 7 year rule. What does this mean for my chapter 13 case will they take the old accounts off as well? If my credit score was 505 then, since filed chapter13 over a year ago and to this day have 2 open cc accounts in good standing (for a year never late on either) Sould this impove my score? If you had to guess what might my score be now?

I want to get a debt consolidation loan, WITHOUT using my home equity, but they are telling me my credit score is great, but by ratio is too high. Well, I want to consolidate all the CC debt I have, but it’s running me in circles. What’s the point of trying to get a consolidation loan if they won’t lend it to you because you have too much debt?
