Anyone know of a reputable BK Attorney and Debt Consolidation Specialist?

Sometimes the only option for my prospects is Bankruptcy or Debt Consolidation. Now as a Credit Consultant my job is to restore and maintain a squeaky clean credit report so it kills me to send them off to file BK or consolidate their debt however it’s their only option. I prefer a non-profit in the Central Valley, CA (because that’s where my office is located) who can offer these services and become part of my referral directory. If anyone out there can steer me in the right direction I’d really appreciate it. Thank you

I have all sorts of debt. 3 closed checking accounts and one closed savings account, a closed credit card account, and four bounced checks. Does anyone know of a solid debt consolidation firm that can help me? Most won’t handle overdrawn bank accounts, and I can’t find one for the life of me. The total debt is somewhere around $7,000. The sad thing is that I am a college student who got in trouble with gambling, and now I’m trying to come clean. Please advise! Thanks in advance!

This company is through Consumer Credit Counseling Service. After being unemployed for over 1 year, and used all my savings to pay my credit card bills I need the help of this type of service. I just got a job making 80% less than I was making before, and have less to pay the credit card companies. I called each credit card company, and very few will work with me. I filed chapter 13 over a year ago. When I filed I put everyone I could think of under the plan that I owed, I recently saw my credit report and most of the people under the plan are not even on my credit report any more due to the 7 year rule. What does this mean for my chapter 13 case will they take the old accounts off as well? If my credit score was 505 then,since filed chapter13 over a year ago and to this day have 2 open cc accounts in good standing (for a year never late on either) Sould this impove my score? If you had to guess what might my score be now?
